Faith Warriors is a volunteer ministry serving the United States Marines who are stationed at the School of Infantry (SOI) at Camp Pendleton.

Almost every Sunday evening, we reach out to the Marines by holding a time of prayer requests, worship, singing, prayer and a Bible study. Along with lots of homemade cookies. In its third year, Faith Warriors has the potential to reach 20,000 Marines each year. SOI is the first assignment every Marine receives upon graduation from MRCD. SOI only lasts 8 weeks, so our time to get to know and support these men individually is relatively short. It is an ardous two months of training, after which they deploy primarily to Iraq or Afghanistan.

While the Marine Corps trains these men to be the best combat soldiers on the planet, there is little opportunity to develop their spiritual lives. Many have left behind family problems which can be overwhelming for young men. We are here to support them as best we can. Often, the most we can do is just listen.

The goal of Faith Warriors is to serve those who serve our nation.
